The Courtney Campbell Causeway is the name of State Road 60, which turns into Gulf to Bay in the city. This is a main road in Clearwater, and also a main road into the City of Tampa. The Howard Franklin bridge refers to the part of I-275 that connects the southern half of Pinellas County to the rest of the Bay area. These are both main roads for people who may work further East.
