What is West Chase and is it close to downtown?

West Chase is one of Tampa's most popular neighborhoods. Although some do not categorize West Chase as part of the Tampa area, it is definitely a sub area within the city.

West Chase is between Tampa and Odessa. It's a newly built neighborhood directly in the middle of an enriched suburbia town. With little need to go afar from the Westchase border, many have found this district a perfect place to call home.

Predominantly a residential area, Westchase has plenty of sidewalks, park space and family-friendly activities to go along side its great schools. As far as pricing goes, apartments near Tampa in the Westchase neighborhood do tend to be a bit more expensive in comparison to other neighborhoods in Tampa such as North and New Tampa. However, these apartments are much more luxurious and on the ‘trendy' end. You can actually get a fair share of amenities, space, and convenience for the rental price of each unit. Properties in this neighborhood are on the newer side, well kept, and have plenty of parking.
