I hate fighting for a parking space. Do any USF apartments have guaranteed parking spaces?

You've registered for classes, ordered all your books, found a new apartment, and are organized for the new semester. The last thing you want to worry about is where you will park your car. Parking shouldn't be a concern for USF students living in off-campus apartments. That's for on-campus students to worry about. With these USF apartments you will never need to worry about where you will park your car at the end of the day. Each one guarantees that you will have a parking spot. So, while all kinds of unexpected predicaments may pop up during the semester, finding a parking spot won't be one of them.

Worried about where you will park while being an off-campus USF student? You shouldn't. You have Campus Palms Apartments. At Campus Palms you won't ever have to worry about not having a parking spot. This is because at Campus Palms every resident is guaranteed a parking space. Campus Palms has one, two or three-bedroom floor plans for USF students to choose from. If you plan on moving in with some friends from USF, then a three-bedroom is your obvious choice. The three-bedroom floor plans have 1,166 square feet and go for around $550 per person, per month. The apartments at Campus Palms come with tons of great features, such as: crown molding, walk-in closets, storage space, balcony, private bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. Fitness and sports lovers will really enjoy Campus Palms. It has a sand volleyball court, basketball court, 24-hour fitness center, and a resort-style pool.

College Court can also guarantee its residents a parking spot. USF students will never have to worry about coming home from a long day of classes and not being able to zoom into a convenient parking spot. College Court is aptly named. It caters to USF students and knows exactly what students need in a college apartment. Private suites include mini fridges and private bathrooms, and each bedroom is individually keyed for security. Living at College Court means that most of your utilities are included, like cable, water, pest control, and internet. Apartment features include: vaulted ceilings, balcony or patio, alarm system, storage space, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher.

Stone Creek Pointe is another USF apartment community that you should look into if parking is a concern for you. Like the others, Stone Creek Pointe guarantees that residents will have a parking spot. While this may seem like a pretty simple thing to offer residents, it really isn't as basic as it seems. Many apartment communities have just enough parking spots for their residents. Factor in guests, parties, etc. and before you know it you're circling the grounds trying to find a spot. But Stone Creek Pointe doesn't just offer a guaranteed parking spot, it also has great features like: a dog walk, nature views, organized resident activities, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, picnic area, and a coffee bar.
